Our Products
All our parfum comes in 10 ml bottles which you can spray 5 times a day for a whole month! So every bottle has you covered with a full month-supply of parfum.
We create parfum that is inspired by your favorite scents. This means that we do not sell parfum from other brands, but only our own formulated parfum that smells similar to brand fragrances, upholding the same high quality standards. We are in no way affiliated with the mentioned brands.
Yes, all our products undergo a thorough check for cosmetic safety and we make sure that our products meet the strictest safety standards, so it complies with IFRA regulatory.
All parfum is formulated with 25-30% parfum oils so they are safe yet effective. This way all our parfum lasts all day long. Depending on the parfum you choose, some last longer than others.
None of our products are tested on animals.
Although our products are carefully checked before they are packaged and shipped, minor product faults may occur. For example a defect sprayer or twistcapsule. We're happy to help to find a suitable solution, please contact us.
If your product has a manufacturing defect, you can return it 1 year of purchase. This does only apply on the twistcapsule, as our parfum can not be returned after our 30-day return period. If you have any questions about our warranty policy, please contact us.

We offer a 5-year warranty on the twistcapsule. This warranty does only apply on the twistcapsules, not on any parfum.

Your Order
It is not possible to adjust an order after it has been placed. Please contact us if you want to cancel an order.
Orders can be paid in advance with all major creditcards, PayPal, iDeal or Bancontact. You can also pay afterwards with AfterPay.
Sometimes we can't deliver and we have to cancel an order. We never do that without emailing you more information. The most common reasons are:
- we are out of stock
- the address details are unclear or incorrect
You won't automatically receive a new product, but we will make sure you will be refunded quickly. If you haven't paid yet, you don't have to.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. It also contains an order number that you can use to track your order when it is shipped.
After your order has been shipped we will send you an email with detailed tracking information.
Orders are shipped 24/7 from Holland! Orders placed on working days before 13:00 will be shipped the same day. We ship with DHL, DPD and PostNL. You will be informed by email of the delivery schedule.
During the holidays there may be a delay in the standard delivery time.

Shipping is free with all orders. That is service.
In addition, we offer secure and insured shipping, which will provide you with a delivery that can not go wrong. If something happens, it's up to us. No questions asked. No claims needed.
The shipping carrier will inform you about the delivery schedule by email. When the delivery is not convenient you can make a new appointment or have the package delivered to your neighbours or a collection point.
All our products are packed and shipped from our own fulfilment centre in Holland.
You can return your order free of charge within 30 days of purchase and in the original packaging by using our return service. If you have paid in advance, we will refund the amount within 3 days of receiving your order.

It is not possible to exchange a product for another product. However, within 30 days after purchase you can return your product after which we will refund the money. You can then choose another product.
Please note, if you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle or volume pricing.
Let us explain.
When you return your perfumes, please keep in mind that your order might fall under a different volumediscount.
For example, you first might have gotten 30% off if you ordered 3 perfumes, but when you return 1 perfume, your initial volumediscount changes from 30% to 20% off, since you decided to keep 2 perfumes, instead of 3.
Or, when you order 2 perfumes and receive 20% off, a free twistcapsule and free shipping. If you decide to return 1 perfume, your 20% discount and free shipping will no longer be valid.
In brief, you'll receive the volumediscount that is applicable on the total quantity of perfumes that you finally decide to keep.
- There is always a return period of at least 30 days. The return period starts on the day you receive the article.
- The article is in its original packaging (as far as possible).
- There are no damages to the product.
We will email you as soon as your return has been processed. Usually this is within 5 working days after we've received your return.
