Our shipping & return policy
We ship all orders from the Netherlands, including tracking. We offer different shipping rates and times based on your location. We have organized our shipping information by region below. Please note that only the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany are subject to free returns.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in the event that the shipping fee is deemed too high for us to process the order. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. In such cases, we will promptly notify you via the email address provided during checkout, informing you of the cancellation and the reason for it. Your payment will be refunded in full, using the original method of payment, within a reasonable period following the cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
DOMESTIC: We take pride in our ability to process orders quickly. Our current domestic order processing times range from 1-2 business days. However, we ask that you allow additional days in transit due to national holidays, inclement weather, courier strikes or other instances beyond the control of SENTIR.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 3 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our Customer Service team.
Customs & Duties on International Orders
SENTIR assumes responsibility for customs and duty fees for international orders. Verified customs or duty fees imposed on the customer by the destination country upon arrival of their order may be eligible to be reimbursed by SENTIR. Please contact our Customer Service team if you’ve incurred such customs or duty fees.
SENTIR will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Lost or Stolen Orders
SENTIR accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. SENTIR may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.

It’s our goal that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. We love the opportunity to help people smell good, yet understand that sometimes a return or refund is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund (minus shipping charges if applicable).
This return policy ("Return Policy") applies to all purchases made from Sentir Parfum via www.sentirparfum.com. We aim for full satisfaction for every customer. However, we acknowledge that sometimes a return or refund is necessary.
You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, requests made outside of this period cannot be accommodated for refunds, though at SENTIR's discretion, a store credit may be issued.
Initiating a Return:
- Purchases directly from SENTIR can be self-serviced for a return here using your order number starting with #S and postal code.
- For your convenience, you can choose for a return method without needing a printer for the label.
- Within the EU: For orders below €20, a return cost of €2.95 will apply, deducted from the refund. For orders above €20, return shipping is free.
- Outside of the EU: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Limited Use: Returns are only accepted if the perfume has been lightly tested, meaning the product must not have been used beyond the limit of approximately three (3) sprays. This is a guideline and not an exact measure. We reserve the right to refuse a return if, in our sole discretion, we determine that a product has been used excessively.
- Period: The product must be returned to SENTIR within the stated return period.
- Shipping label: The SENTIR-provided return label must be used.
Refunds, less applicable shipping and handling charges, will be issued to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, please read Return Costs to see if you are applicable for free returns.
- Refunds are only issued once the returned product is received at the SENTIR-provided return label address.
- SENTIR reserves the right to refuse returns without SENTIR-provided labels.
Volume and Bundle Pricing:
- Returning one item from a bundle will affect the initial discount rate. The volume discount will be recalculated based on the number of perfumes you decide to keep. For example, if you initially received a 30% discount for ordering 3 perfumes but returned one, your volume discount will change to 20%.
- Refunds will consider any changes to volume discounts and shipping charges.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our return policy. We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time, so please review it periodically.

We understand that selecting the perfect perfume can be a personal journey and we want you to be fully satisfied with your selection. Hence, we offer our unique Test & Return Guarantee. This guarantee allows you to test the perfume with 1-3 sprays after purchase. If you find that the scent is not to your liking, you can still initiate a return process without being charged for the brief usage. This way, you can explore our range of fragrances without worry.
However, please note that this guarantee is limited to the use of 1-3 sprays. If the perfume shows signs of being used more extensively, we reserve the right to decline the return. This guarantee is designed to provide you with the confidence to discover a scent that suits you while respecting the quality and value of our products.
