Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your perfume from our perfume heaven and package it with hugs and love, so please allow up to 24 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

Terms and Conditions

DOMESTIC: We take pride in our ability to process orders quickly. Our current domestic order processing times range from 1-2 business days. However, we ask that you allow additional days in transit due to national holidays, inclement weather, courier strikes or other instances beyond the control of SENTIR.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic orders of €20 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

PostNL 1-2 business days (domestic)

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 3 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our Customer Service team.

Customs & Duties on International Orders
SENTIR assumes responsibility for customs and duty fees for international orders. Verified customs or duty fees imposed on the customer by the destination country upon arrival of their order may be eligible to be reimbursed by SENTIR. Please contact our Customer Service team if you’ve incurred such customs or duty fees.

Damages
SENTIR will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Orders
SENTIR accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. SENTIR may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.

It’s our goal that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. We love the opportunity to help people smell good, yet understand that sometimes a return or refund is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund (minus shipping charges if applicable).

You may self-service your return request if you purchased your product directly from SENTIR by clicking here. For your convenience, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your expected refund total. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment. In most cases, the refund from your return will take 5-7 business days to post in your original form of payment.

The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a refund:
- A return must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date. SENTIR does not provide refunds for requests made outside of 30 days of purchase date. At SENTIR's discretion, a store credit may be issued in these cases.
- You must return the product to SENTIR to receive a refund. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- You must use the return label provided by the SENTIR Return Center to return your product.
- We will refund the cost of the product to your original payment method, less any shipping and handling charges you paid.

Additional terms and conditions:
- Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- If you seek to return a product to SENTIR (a) without a return label provided by SENTIR or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, SENTIR may, in its discretion, refuse to accept the return. Open product returns will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the original price of the product(s).
- SENTIR shall not issue a refund until the returned product has been delivered to the address shown on the SENTIR-provided return label.

Additional notes for volume and bundle pricing.
*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.

Let us explain:
When you return your perfumes, please keep in mind that your order might fall under a different volumediscount. For example, you first might have gotten 30% off if you ordered 3 perfumes, but when you return 1 perfume, your initial volumediscount changes from 30% to 20% off, since you decided to keep 2 perfumes, instead of 3. Or, when you order 2 perfumes and receive 20% off, a free twistcapsule and free shipping. If you decide to return 1 perfume, your 20% discount and free shipping will no longer be valid.

In brief, you'll receive the volumediscount that is applicable on the total quantity of perfumes that you finally decide to keep.
